Sultan Al-Hindasi, Director General of the Fujairah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI), emphasized the importance of fostering a culture of innovation and creativity among government and private institutions in the Emirate of Fujairah. He also highlighted the need to raise awareness about the objectives and content of the UAE’s “7-Star” Distinguished Government Services Program among the emirate’s community.

This came during a program organized by the Chamber in collaboration with the Higher Center for Consultancy and Training at the Fairmont Hotel in Dibba, Fujairah. The event included workshops and was attended by Abdullah Mohammed Saeed Al-Za’abi and Fatima Obaid Al-Shehhi, members of the Chamber’s Board of Directors, along with around 100 employees representing government and private sector entities in the emirate.

Al-Hindasi underscored the importance of the Center’s cooperation with the Chamber in various areas related to customer happiness, meeting all client needs and requirements, and delivering best practices and smart services—goals the Chamber strives to achieve to earn the 7-star rating. He also stressed the value of attendance and participation, which enriches discussions and the exchange of ideas.

Dr. Anwar Hameem Bin Saleem, Director of the Center and lecturer in the Institutional Excellence and Leadership Development Program, spoke about the vital role government institutions play in providing services that meet all customer needs.
